In an attempt to make workgroups or committees work a little more effectively and to make the attendees experience more engaging we used a web conferencing software in addition to teleconferencing. We used WebEx. The initial experience with the web based app was quite positive. 4 of 5 members joined with out issue. We only used a few of the features.
